If you are still interested then let’s continue…My challenge is how do I describe this powerful Business System involved in the field of commercial property, without making it all sound too good to be true. If you read on for next few pages, you’ll quickly see that what I have to show you is based on actual results achieved and common sense. The principles are straight forward, simple to learn, only requiring action and most importantly…

In my opinion it’s the best way of developing long term wealth.

I have now reached the point where our family’s long term financial independence is now certain. And I have lots of spare time on my hands which I have been filling with physical exercise, reading, sailing and motorcycling. But I am looking for a new big challenge and this is where CLUB 501 comes in.

Briefly the CLUB 501 is a group of approx 500 men and women who are commercial property experts and involved with Everest Property in joint venture commercial property investments all over the world.

In 1996 we came across a unique franchise - or license- business system from USA - called Leasehold Analysis International – which involved providing a consultancy auditing service to every single commercial property tenant in NZ and Australia.
